We seek to help players transition into and out of the NFL. And so there are a variety of mechanisms to do that and, you know, we have a career internship program where we help guys get internships in a variety of industries. We have financial education programs. So we do financial education programs throughout the season and throughout the year at individual clubs, and we also have a program with Harvard, Warton, Stanford and Kellogg for guys who are interested in developing their own businesses. We also help guys get back to school to earn their undergrad or graduate degrees and help them pursue their education in a variety of areas. And we also provide life skills training which encompasses the psychosocial element of being in the football league - - in the National Football League, and so that could be anything from dealing with friends and family and finances to pressures of media scrutiny and how to deal with those pressures. And so we have, you know, basically wrap around services is what we try to provide to players so they can be successful now and into the future. Our job really is to work with player development directors at the club level to work with players directly. So while we come into contact with them, you know, our model is such that we want to support each team everyday in meeting those local needs. And so, you know, a large part of our responsibility is to develop overall programs and services so all players and all of the teams can take advantage of them.
